Perspektiven, die alles verändern – integrale Spiritualität und Selbstentwicklung
In this course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of integral spirituality and your unique personal development. Test your developmental focus with the integral sentence completion test!
- The Integral Sentence Completion Test, developed at Harvard University, is the most empirically tested developmental model.
- The evaluation of the sentence completion test provides you with qualified statements about the way in which people at different levels of development perceive the world and other people, how they act, feel and think.
- As a result, you will receive an action plan that supports and promotes your personal development.
Integral Spirituality
Ken Wilber coined the term “Integral Spirituality” like no other. For Wilber, integral spirituality has several dimensions, which you will explore from within in this course:
- As an inner attitude such as love, serenity, openness
- As an independent spiritual development line
- As the latest stage of human development as understood in the model of self-development
Self-development
In this course, you will gain a cognitive understanding of Jane Loewinger and Susanne Cook-Greuter’s model of self-development and, through a series of practical exercises, gain insight into it. The spiral of human development from child to mature, adult personality in the self-development model proceeds through nine developmental stages. Your developmental focus will be determined very precisely using the Sentence Completion Test Integral (SCTi). The evaluation of this sentence completion test is not performed by a machine, but by me as a specially trained, highly qualified professional. You will receive an individualized, personal evaluation conducted using three methods. In addition to a commentary on the strengths, weaknesses, themes, and concerns of your personal profile, this includes a detailed description of the different developmental stages, comparisons between your focus and other focus groups, and concrete recommendations for action. You will receive the evaluated SCTi along with a detailed written report at the start of the seminar. In the course, the self-development model will be interwoven with the work of personality traits.
